I came to Joe Rizza Lincoln looking for a surprise gift for my wife the entire experience from start to finish exceeded any and all future expectations. I found that the staff really work hard to assure that your needs are being met to your expected satisfaction. I've never met a more friendlier professional and courteous General manager than Gary Precin. Gary was easy to talk to and quickly coming to a fair agreement seemed to be his specialty. Gary's Sales team lead by Matt and Vince together cared enough to work for me during off hours making and returning phone calls asking, answering important questions. The finance part of the visit was quick efficient and painless. Its my belief this staff was carefully selected and strategically place in one location for the good of interested Ford Lincoln consumers. This group seemed to be hand selected to cater too and satisfy the customer needs from start to finish. Meeting the owner Joe Rizza in person explains why this store embodies a spirit of excellence. We had done a great deal of research before moving forward with our purchasing plans. We were pleased that the pricing was inline with what we expected with no finagling or games being played. Very happy with the straightforward buying experience. When we realized none of the cars had the unique combination of packages we were looking for, Ken Hook located us one that did within a few minutes. We were very pleased with his concern that we get exactly what we needed and weren't forced to start our car buying adventure over again. A great salesman to work with!

Above and Beyond. Purchased a used Town and Country "as is" A few weeks later found out it needed new rear hubs. Talked with my Sales Rep Matt. Matt sets up Hubs to be installed no labor cost if I purchased the Hubs on my own. I purchased the hubs from RockAuto.. Rizza installed them for free. That's above and beyond for a "Buy as is" Vehicle! This was my second car I have purchased from Rizza Orland Park since 2001. Both times I received excellent service with no BS hassles.

My very first car a 2005 Escape was bought here and I just purchased a 2017 Escape. Even though times and cars have changed over the years this dealership is awesome. The personnel were very friendly, explained everything so it could be understood, and I appreciated the "no pressure" experience. Thank you Joe Rizza and thank you Ford for making dependable cars.

Had Factory Door Recall on my car, the Service Coordinator was waaaaaaay Nicer, Jessie to me than the Meany Lady at McCarthy Ford Less than A Mile from my house. Parts were ordered to be sent in the next day but my long time family Friend FORD MoCo. had me set with Enterprise rent a car for work next day. Jessie was cool and very kind It was awesome like he knew me before but we just met. I even seen the Salesman that sold me the car Luke, what a great guy. He talks to you like a normal person and is very nice to speak to. He doesn't rush or push anything on you but only informs you of selections. I say this because he asked if I was willing to trade in my car I first bought from him in Nov. 2014 with 60k less miles on it that it has now. Frankly I'm surprised he remembered me in passing after 2.5 yrs ago. I like this place every sales associate even hold the door for you if they reach it in front of you.This is my true opinion of this establishment, I give credit where it is due. and this place takes it quite well!I bleed FORD Blue!!!
